MICHAEL ROOT

Michael Root is a professional classical guitarist from Asheville, North Carolina. He has performed at venues around the world, and is lauded for his deeply romantic interpretation. He earned his bachelor’s and master’s of music degrees from UNC School of the Arts, as well as a doctorate of music from UNLV. Michael now teaches guitar and piano at Nevada Arts Academy and UNLV, and performs in the Las Vegas community, where he resides.
